I hope everyone had a great Memorial Weekend.  I was able to finally relax a little now that college is over for me for a while.  I look forward to spending more time with the family and on Pure Romance.  We had a great time at the N & N Sports Bar & Grill in Smithfield on Saturday!  That's a great place and you should really check it out (it's on Equity Drive by the outlet stores).  We will be doing another event soon, so keep an eye out for that!  I'm considering doing an open house so the guys can come too, I just wouldn't be able to do a demo or have out some of the toys (you could still view them privately).  Let me know what you think - open house or full party next time?

My Vegas Trip and New Products!

I am back from Vegas! I had an amazing time! I can't begin to describe to you the comraderie that happens between Pure Romance girls. All the way from the owner, Patty, through top consultants down to the very newest ones, everyone is so friendly and helpful. It was an experience unlike any I've had. And to see all of those women, 44 of them, standing on stage watching a clip of the luxerious trip they had all won to Alaska with a guest - wow. Then you see a huge room full of girls crying together about how Pure Romance has changed their lives - let them do things for themselves and their families they never could've without it. Girls told stories (we all have them) of having customers tell them they'd saved their relationships by opening up communication or giving them tools to get the honeymoon feelings back, bringing them close again. Helping women their bodies, how they work, and that there is no such thing as 'normal'. Dancing, shopping with Pure Romance credit, winning prizes, a beautiful banquet, wine, dinner, Tina Turner, Brian Parsley (an amazing motivational speaker), new products and SO much more. Let me get serious a moment.

Ladies, I know that I sound like an infomercial when I talk to people about Pure Romance, but I promise you that I mean every word. I believe God lead me to this opportunity a year ago and it's through Him that I'm growing personally, as well as professionally and helping my family. Not only that, you don't know until you start doing it how many women are grateful to have someone to talk to who's been taught the things we are taught about sexual health. I have women all the time thank me for helping them with some very personal questions, helping their relationship because they had very little interest in anything physical but one of our products changed that, and much more. That means more to me than any money I've ever made. I'm truly honored when I hear these things.

I know you girls know my business. You know if it's in your heart to try it yourself. I will tell you straight that it IS a business and you get out of it what you put into it. If you are willing to put some effort and spend a few hours a week learning the products and learning how to do a fun and educational demo (Pure Romance is about teaching women about themselves and their partners too - not just toys), you can do very well. Like most businesses, it takes a little time to build, get your name out, get comfortable doing the demos and so forth - then after that, it explodes.

Some women just like doing a party or two a month to make extra money. Some want to quit their full-time jobs. There are even women who join to just do parties for their friends or to do book parties where they pass out catalogs and sell that way. The cool thing is that it is our choice to make.
